Back to work.
Breakfast: had a smoothie with spinach and strawberries and frozen banana in the vita mix (oh I used chocolate soy milk) –usually I use unsweetened soy milk so this was a deviation from the norm. I rationalized that I deserved it. It was yummy.
Lunch: I was really hungry by the time lunch came. I ate leftover curried spinach and lentils and rice, and some tomato kale and bean stuff, with a salad and Russian Fig dressing from Dr. Fuhrman’s Eat for Health book #2 –I also ate an apple
Supper: I had Curried vegetable stew, broccoli, some raw cashews, tomato wedges, and an apple for dessert. It was delicious.
Sins for the day: I ate 2 tiny pieces of chocolate from the staffroom, and I ate 6 triscits, 6 rice crackers, and probably around 6 no salt pretzels tonight. I just wanted some crunch and I was too lazy to cut up veggies. I know I should have some already cut up waiting for these moments…
I thought it was a pretty good Eat to Live day. I need to avoid eating stuff on the staffroom table–argh.
